The new news is that my dear friend Toby Price and I are releasing a publication into the real world!
The idea is very simple and the book contains images of the person we each share our lives with - with a little twist..

On a different note, and delving in the past a little bit.. I wanted to add some photos here from a couple of exhibitions I took part in in a space called Box, a temporary gallery within an artist studio. The two exhibitions were only open for two respective evenings in 2010 and covered the themes of 'dirt' with an open interpretation to the word, and found photographs covering a range of centuries. I found that in the latter exhibition, the spectrum of colours that ran through the photographs was crucial in the dating of the images and thus very interesting to learn the history of the physical photographic snap!

In aid of recent events in Japan, I have 19 (NINE LEFT) 8x6 prints for sale, all proceeds will go directly towards the British Red Cross Japan Tsunami Appeal

I am away in the Middle East in a weeks time, so I hope to return with some new work!
I recently found myself on Lewis' Bedroom 2010 blurb book which I find an interesting concept exploring elements of what could be classified as 'personal' or 'bedroom' curation. In Lewis' collection he has included three images that I sent him during the course of the year.
Other than this, the first issue of an art journal by the name of 'Lump' has been released and includes two of my own images. The journal is currently being sold at galleries in Nottingham in conjunction with the British Art Show 2010 and its fringe festival 'Sideshow'. The journal is being sent to galleries in London and Bristol. Scans soon!
Lastly! Jon and I are contributing to a new blog concerning Brutalist buildings that we enjoy. It's not far away from searching 'Brutalist buildings' in google image search at the moment, but we are aiming to uncover some beauty that isn't as recognised. So far it is a collection of images/locations. Enjoy!
